1. Getting started
Welcome to Eclario. Your mirror combines glass with adjustable white lighting, touch buttons, and climate sensors — all controlled either directly at the mirror or from the Eclario app on your phone.
What's in the box
- The mirror — depending on the model you chose, it has a front light (facing you), a back light (an ambient glow behind the mirror), or both. Each light has its own touch button on the glass.
- The pairing card — a card with a QR code. This card is the key to your mirror: scanning it in the Eclario app links the mirror to your account. Keep it — you will need it again if the mirror ever changes hands.
- Power cable and mounting instructions.
What you'll need
- A phone with the Eclario app installed and Bluetooth switched on.
- A home WiFi network on the 2.4 GHz band (nearly all home routers provide one). The mirror uses it to talk to the app.
Setting up in four steps
- Mount and plug in the mirror. It starts up on its own; the light stays off until you use it.
- Install the Eclario app and create an account (chapter 2).
- Scan the pairing card in the app. The mirror is linked to your account immediately (chapter 3).
- Connect the mirror to your WiFi — the app walks you through it over Bluetooth (chapter 3).
That's it. The touch buttons work from the first moment, even before the mirror is online — WiFi adds remote control, live climate readings in the app, and automatic software updates.
A mirror that always works
One thing worth knowing from the start: the buttons and the light never depend on the internet. If your WiFi is down, the mirror keeps working at the glass exactly as before — only the app features wait until it is back online.
