2. Your Eclario account
The mirror belongs to an Eclario account — yours. The account is what the app signs in to, and what your mirror, its settings, and its measurements are attached to.
Creating an account
Open the Eclario app and choose Sign up. You can create an account in three ways:
- Email and password. Enter your name, email address, and a password of at least 8 characters.
- Continue with Google.
- Continue with Apple (on iPhone).
Signing in
Use the same method you signed up with. If you signed up with Google or Apple, use that button — it is the same account every time.
Forgot your password?
On the sign-in screen, choose Forgot password and enter your email address. You will receive an email with a link; opening it on your phone lets you set a new password in the app.
For safety, the confirmation looks the same whether or not an account exists for that address — so a typo in the email simply means no email arrives.
Signing out
In the app, open your Profile tab and choose sign out. Your mirror keeps working on its own; signing back in brings everything back.
Deleting your account
Also in the Profile tab. Deleting your account removes your data from Eclario; the deletion becomes final after 30 days. Your mirror itself keeps working at the glass — its buttons and light do not need an account.
